Introduction

Just moved to Austin, in need of metal. Swedish death metal and scrap metal in particular. Hoping this group can point to the best Austin resources. Plus I am new here, and nobody loves me, so a few metal friends would be cool too.

Are you new to welding or working with metal?

My experience is limited to chassis work and MacGyvering.

What would you like to make out of metal?

Wall art, creepy Beatlejuice sculptures, brackets, adapters, etc.

Do you have some drawings you have been working on?

Yes but completely utilitarian, nothing artistic. I need to work on that.
