COME hungry! Meet local metal sculpture artists! Discuss the various methods and techniques of sculpting metal. Work in collaborative effort on our gladiator life size metal sculpture! WE will be doing oxyfuel welding, brazing, grinding, cutting, mig welding and plasma cutting. Bring your art work. If you have #9 goggles bring them. No shorts, no sandals, no smoking. Wear a long sleeve jean shirt , pants and boots. Cut metal- Grind metal! MEETUP is Tuesday August 5th at 7 pm at 2511C East 6th St near Pedernales.That is 1 1/4 miles east of I35 on east 6th st. lost? call me at 512-444-3831. I put our red and white sign on top of the wall by the main entry yellow gate that says "The Meetup" Come in through the yellow gate and then take a left. We will be working out back under trees.East Side Art Metal Studio seeks welders and metal artists. Classes offered for those interested mig, oxyfuel welding, and brazing and plasma cutting.. Feel free to email me for any questions you have. We have great teachers. Drinks and food provided. Bring $10 donation please. We will be having a class on September 2 at 7pm. Cost is $20 for the class.
