Meeting fee: $2.00 per person

This will be a 'get to know ya' and a 'show and tell' meet-up for a newly forming group combining a group that was flailing and other artists who have expressed interest in a meet-up who share common materials, techniques and tools. Bring pictures and/or samples of your work if you like for the 'show and tell'.
One thing that struck me at the metal arts meet-up that I attended was that within a very small group, we were all very competent in what we did, we all worked with the same materials, and yet we were unfamiliar with each others technology. I think there is a vast potential to learn from one another without having to pay often expensive 'lesson' fees.
I also envision a group that shares and developes venues to show and sell our particular forms of art.
